FAQ'S

Yes, we have built-in and trolley covers for the 7000 series, you can find stockists on our where to buy section on the website.

Clean the stainless steel and vitreous enamel surfaces using warm, soapy water or a suitable detergent applied with a clean cloth. Do not apply this cleaning method to the fascia of the BBQ, as harsh cleaners may cause damage to the fascia graphics.

For the glass window, regular cleaning is recommended to ensure clear visibility into the hood during cooking. Use warm, soapy water for cleaning the glass, but only do so when the hood is completely cool to prevent the risk of cracking hot glass.

For the porcelain cast iron - Start by preheating the grill to loosen food residues. Use a grill brush or scraper to remove any charred debris from the grates. For porcelain-coated cast iron, avoid metal brushes that could damage the surface. Instead, opt for a soft brush or non-abrasive pad. Once cooled gently clean with a warm soapy solution and through dry after with a paper towel.

* Note - Many food acids, marinades, juices, and sauces contain highly acidic components that can gradually damage the enamel surface if not promptly cleaned after cooking.

For the stainless steel surfaces, a stainless steel cleaner or a mixture of warm water and mild detergent can be used. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a clean cloth to prevent rust or water spots. Regular cleaning after each use will help maintain the grill’s performance and appearance.
