  • For the chops

    • Lamb chops
    • Salt
    • Pepper

    For the marinade

    • Three fresh chillies - sliced thin
    • Handful of coriander
    • ½ tbsp garlic paste
    • ½ tbsp ginger paste
    • ½ tbsp cumin
    • Salt
    • Pepper
    • ½ tbsp paprika
    • Tsp cayenne pepper
    • Juice of two limes
    • Tbsp olive oil
    1. Using a mortar and pestle, mash all the marinade ingredients together until well combined. Transfer the mixture to a large bowl. 
    2. Add the seasoned lamb chops to the bowl, ensuring they are thoroughly coated with the marinade. Cover and leave to marinate in the fridge for a few hours or overnight for the best flavour.
    3. When ready to cook, preheat your BeefEater® BBQ to a medium heat. Transfer the marinated lamb chops to the grill and cook to your desired doneness, aiming for medium. 
    4. If you have any leftover marinade, transfer it to a saucepan and heat gently. Then remove from the heat and stir in some Greek yogurt to create a flavourful dipping sauce.

     

    Serve your perfectly grilled lamb chops with the yogurt sauce for a delicious BBQ feast!
