Clean the stainless steel and cast iron enamel surfaces using warm, soapy water or a suitable detergent applied with a clean cloth. Do not apply this cleaning method to the fascia of the BBQ, as harsh cleaners may cause damage to the fascia graphics.

For the porcelain cast iron - Start by preheating the grill to loosen food residues. Use a grill brush or scraper to remove any charred debris from the grates. For porcelain-coated cast iron, avoid metal brushes that could damage the surface. Instead, opt for a soft brush or non-abrasive pad. Once cooled gently clean with a warm soapy solution and through dry after with a paper towel.

* Note - Many food acids, marinades, juices, and sauces contain highly acidic components that can gradually damage the enamel surface if not promptly cleaned after cooking.

For the stainless steel surfaces, a stainless steel cleaner or a mixture of warm water and mild detergent can be used. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a clean cloth to prevent rust or water spots. Regular cleaning after each use will help maintain the grill’s performance and appearance.
