An extra large cast iron hotplate and grill provide generous cooking space, making it easy to prepare food for family and friends at the same time. Trolley models with four or five burners also include a powerful side burner which is perfect for sauces, vegetables or wok cooking while the main grill is in use.

The roll away hood sits neatly back against the wall to save space, while the oil collection system keeps cleaning simple after a long evening around the barbecue. Reliable, practical and built to last, the 1200 Series is designed for people who enjoy cooking outdoors as part of everyday life.

The 1200 Series comes with a 5 year warranty.

LPG is standard. Natural gas conversion kits are available for all models.

For the porcelain cast iron - Start by preheating the grill to loosen food residues. Use a grill brush or scraper to remove any charred debris from the grates. For porcelain-coated cast iron, avoid metal brushes that could damage the surface. Instead, opt for a soft brush or non-abrasive pad. Once cooled gently clean with a warm soapy solution and through dry after with a paper towel.

* Note - Many food acids, marinades, juices, and sauces contain highly acidic components that can gradually damage the enamel surface if not promptly cleaned after cooking.

For the stainless steel surfaces, a stainless steel cleaner or a mixture of warm water and mild detergent can be used. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a clean cloth to prevent rust or water spots. Regular cleaning after each use will help maintain the grill’s performance and appearance.
