Method

  1. Mix all ingredients together (except the lamb) to create a marinade rub.
  2. Massage rub into the meat and let it stand for 10-20 minutes.
  3. Preheat BeefEater® BBQ and cook meat on medium heat until it is cooked to your liking (approx. 3 mins on each side for medium rare).
  4. Rest meat for 5-10 minutes before serving.
  5. Serve with your favourite sides and enjoy!

    Ingredients

    • 8 Lamb cutlets
    • 3 tbsp of finely chopped rosemary (or thyme) leaves
    • 2 tbsp of garlic powder
    • Zest of 1 orange
    • Zest of 1 lemon
    • 1 tbsp of salt
    • 1 tbsp of ground black pepper
