For the lamb burgers
- Lamb mince
- Mint seasoning
- Salt
- Pepper
- Six burger buns
For burger sauce
- Three tbsp mustard (of your choice)
- Three tbsp mayonaise
- Salt
- Pepper
For burger filling
- Pickled red onion
- Halloumi - sliced
- Mustard sauce

- Prepare the mustard mayo by combining all the ingredients in a bowl and mixing thoroughly until smooth.
- Slice the burger buns in half and spread half of the mustard mayo on the cut sides and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix the minced meat with your chosen seasonings. Divide the mixture into equal-sized balls.
- Preheat your BeefEater® BBQ to a medium heat. Place the mince balls on the plate side, cook for about a minute, then smash them down until thin.
- Season the patties with additional spices and top each with a handful of drained onions, pressing them into the meat.
- After a couple of minutes, flip the patties, add more seasoning and cook until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, add the sliced halloumi to the plate and grill until golden and crispy.
- Lightly toast the mustard mayo-coated buns on the grill.
Once everything is cooked, assemble your succulent lamb smash burgers with the grilled halloumi and enjoy!
