  • For the lamb and wraps

    • Lamb leg steaks
    • Whole feta block
    • Lettuce
    • Red onion
    • Spring onions
    • Half a jar of green olives
    • ½ tbsp mixed herbs
    • ½ tbsp cumin
    • ½ tbsp tumeric
    • ½ tbsp paprika
    • Salt
    • Pepper
    • Tortilla wraps

    For the garlic and lemon sauce

    • Three large tbsp mayonnaise
    • Tbsp olive oil
    • Juice of two lemons
    • Salt
    • Pepper
    • Two crushed garlic cloves
    1. Season the lamb steaks with a blend of mixed herbs, salt, pepper, cumin, turmeric and paprika.
    2. Pre heat your BeefEater® BBQ to a medium heat. Sear the steaks until nicely browned and to medium doneness.
    3. Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
    4. Add all the ingredients for the garlic and lemon sauce to a bowl and mix.
    5. Place the cooked lamb, feta, olives, lettuce, red onion and spring onion on a chopping board and chop to mix it altogether.
    6. Stuff the mixture into wraps, fold them over and brush with the garlic sauce.
    7. Sear the wraps on the BBQ griddle until the outside is crispy and golden.
