For the lamb and wraps
- Lamb leg steaks
- Whole feta block
- Lettuce
- Red onion
- Spring onions
- Half a jar of green olives
- ½ tbsp mixed herbs
- ½ tbsp cumin
- ½ tbsp tumeric
- ½ tbsp paprika
- Salt
- Pepper
- Tortilla wraps
For the garlic and lemon sauce
- Three large tbsp mayonnaise
- Tbsp olive oil
- Juice of two lemons
- Salt
- Pepper
- Two crushed garlic cloves

- Season the lamb steaks with a blend of mixed herbs, salt, pepper, cumin, turmeric and paprika.
- Pre heat your BeefEater® BBQ to a medium heat. Sear the steaks until nicely browned and to medium doneness.
- Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Add all the ingredients for the garlic and lemon sauce to a bowl and mix.
- Place the cooked lamb, feta, olives, lettuce, red onion and spring onion on a chopping board and chop to mix it altogether.
- Stuff the mixture into wraps, fold them over and brush with the garlic sauce.
- Sear the wraps on the BBQ griddle until the outside is crispy and golden.
