Pineapple Pina Colada
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Add ¾ cup of crushed ice.
- Blend for 20-30 seconds.
- Pour into a glass.
- Garnish with a slice of barbecued pineapple.
Ingredients
- 45ml Bacardi white rum
- 90ml Fresh young coconut water
- 2 tbsp of young coconut flesh
- 6 Fresh pineapples chunks
