Method
- To make the butter, blend all ingredients except steaks and roll into logs, chill to set, then slice into 1-inch rounds.
- Cook the steaks on the BeefEater Proline BBQ to your liking, season with salt and pepper and serve with a slice of wild garlic butter melting on top.
