BBQ Ribeye with wild garlic butter

Method

  1. To make the butter, blend all ingredients except steaks and roll into logs, chill to set, then slice into 1-inch rounds.
  2. Cook the steaks on the BeefEater Proline BBQ to your liking, season with salt and pepper and serve with a slice of wild garlic butter melting on top.

  • 250g unsalted butter
  • 50g wild garlic
  • Maldon salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Few drops of tabasco
